    WFSA10 – WizFloor Foodzone Mat

    FoodZone is made from an anti-bacterial nitrile rubber composite resistant to vegetable oils, animal fats, citrus, even fish oil. Smooth drainage holes and underside design will not harbour food particles or bacteria.

    These mats are designed to combat fatigue while addressing specific issues unique to food production environments. Built in handles combined with light weight make it easy to lift and clean.

    The proprietary Nitrile compound passes NSF test ASTM G21-96 (2002), has GRAS status and is CFIA approved. Grade “A” gets an “A” for specialized food production applications.

    Q: What if I want a longer length?

    A: Mats only come in 2 convenient sizes. For addition lengths are needed lay end to end.

     

    Q: How do I clean my mat?

    A: Autoclave or Manually with a mix of hot water and mild soap with a pH between 4 and 9 or High presssure hose.

     

    Q: What size are the Drainage holes?

    A: Portholes are 15/16″ in diameter.

     

    Q: Why does the mat have handles?

    A: Handles made for easier pickup, cleaning and repositioning.
